All ages, bodies, movement styles welcome. No previous dance experience required. In fact, leave all of that at the door… come with a beginners mind.

Please wear comfortable clothing and don’t forget a pair of socks. Please do not wear any heavy scents. We will be working closely with each other, so we ask that you mind your personal hygiene (clean body, clothes and teeth).
