Ecstatic Dance is a form of conscious dance practice that allows us to be centered in our bodies through an exploration of movement and play. It is a safe environment for you to express yourself freely and unbound, while realizing that our bodies have an innate desire to move. Here we face our fears that hold us back from feeling free, while also relearning to see ourselves in the light of caring reflection and of course the sheer joy of a pure form of play. Through free form dance we can truly transform our limited sense of self and discover our lives in the context of infinite possibilities and endless play.

Come dance with us and witness the dissolution of our limited small self. Together we will move into states of awakened ecstasy where the mind has no option but to allow the spirit to move the body in a way that is fully connected, fearless, and free.
